I'm currently the IT Operations Manager at MHIA Insurance, where I've spent the last 12 years growing from a Junior IT Support Analyst through to leading the IT function.

My work spans infrastructure, cloud, identity, networking and web development. My role places me at the intersection of technology and business, whether that's leading a cloud migration, improving operational resilience, or enabling teams to get the job done.
